We use Knife Coated Tarpaulin Process to make PVC Coated Polyester Woven Fabric. Consist of a strong woven polyester fabric which is then coated with a PVC to waterproof. It is more wear resistant and has a life of around 7 years in the sun. U.V treatment is also added to help protect against sunlight.
